Paul Lodge is a unique mix of musician and professor of philosophy at Oxford University.
He sings out of a lifelong engagement with philosophy and literature and from the same place of mystery and wonder as Bob Dylan, Nick Drake, Bonnie Prince Billy, Natalie Merchant, and Joanna Newsom.

Paul plays regularly in and around Oxford at venues such as The Old Fire Station, The Jericho Tavern, Port Mahon, The Oxford Folk Club, and The Banbury Folk Club; and in 2022 he launched his album “Preludes to Wordsworth” at Rydal Mount, Wordsworth’s home in the Lake District.
